Target groups of the project are: the innovative, having growing potential, start-up small and middle ventures working in the West-Pannon Euregio and collaborating with research and cooperation contact transmitting institutes.

The SNCP works in the Innovation Centre. The activities of the project are connected to the goals of Innovation Centre of Sopron, fix the innovation ability of the target groups, and grow their knowledge level.
